CHFA's Asset Management department includes two staff members who are dedicated to Resident Services Coordination and Portfolio Security.
Resident Services Coordination
A few of the responsibilities of the liaison are providing support, direction and implementation assistance for policies and programs to improve the quality of life for residents of properties in the CHFA-financed and State-Sponsored Housing Portfolio (SSHP). The responsibilities also include building connections to the larger community, and providing support and technical assistance to residents, housing authority staff, owners, property managers and CHFA staff in the delivery of support services and programs.
In addition, the Resident Services Coordinator will establish and maintain relationships with state, local and regional social/human service providers as well as state and regional resident service coordinator organizations.
