The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.


Capital Improvement Resources and Financing


readingplans2Multifamily housing developments often require funding to finance capital improvements and repairs. Management agents and owners should consult with their CHFA Asset Manager about specific funding options available to multifamily affordable rental housing.

State-Sponsored Housing Portfolio (SSHP) – Critical Needs    -    CLOSED
Funding is available for SSHP developments under this NOFA to address Critical Needs.  Applications for funding will be accepted on a rolling basis beginning December 21, 2018.

State-Sponsored Housing Portfolio (SSHP) – Recapitalization    -    DELAYED
Funding is available for SSHP developments under this NOFA to address the revitalization of the Portfolio properties in accordance with the Governor's 10-year initiative (the "Capital Plan").

Funding is available to State-Sponsored Housing Portfolio developments to address improvements to the property or to improve the quality of life for the residents.
