The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.


Mobile Manufactured Home Loans

Connecticut residents interested in purchasing or refinancing a mobile home should consider CHFA’s Mobile Manufactured Home Loan Programs. These program’s offer low-interest rates and low closing costs that can help homebuyers and homeowners finance a single or double-wide manufactured home in a Connecticut state-licensed mobile home park.  

Applicants must meet Eligibility Requirements to apply for a loan.  Due to a limited amount of funding for this program, approval depends on the availability of funding. 


Mobile Manufactured Home - Purchase

The Mobile Manufactured Home Program offers mortgage loan financing for homebuyers interested in purchasing a single or double-wide manufactured home to be located in a Connecticut state-licensed mobile home park.



Mobile Manufactured Home - Refinance

The Mobile Manufactured Home Refinance Program offers existing homeowners who are located in a Connecticut state-licensed mobile home park, an opportunity to refinance out of current high interest rate loan obligations.



Mobile Manufactured Home - Park Acquisition

CHFA offers the Mobile Manufactured Home Parks Acquisition Program to provide the opportunity to residents of Connecticut state-licensed mobile manufactured home parks to acquire the park they live in and fund, if necessary, essential capital improvements.

  • Resident Associations are the only eligible applicants and applications must meet the requirements outlined in the GuidelinesDownload PDF.
