Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. The Summary Report details CHFA’s operations during the prior calendar year. Specifically the report details CHFA single and multifamily lending, tax credit allocations, asset management operations, bond issuances, and other activities. The report also includes a complete operating and financial statement. It is delivered to the Governor and members of the General Assembly within 90 days of the beginning of the calendar year.
