The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

CHFA has provided mortgage financing for the housing developments created under the Supportive Housing Demonstration Program, the Supportive Housing Pilots Initiative and the Next Steps Initiative.

In general, Supportive Housing developments are required to follow the compliance standards of CHFA Mortgage loans, but must also comply with any unique requirements outlined in the housing program under which they were created. Owners and management agents are encouraged to refer to the Regulatory Agreements and Loan Documents associated with their CHFA Multifamily Mortgage loans for more information on compliance rules associated with their developments.
