You may qualify for additional assistance under the full HAF program. Please reapply when the program is available.
What should I do if my servicer is not participating in the Pilot Phase of HAF?

Can an eligible property be a multifamily home?
Yes, as long as this home is the homeowner's primary residence and the homeowner is otherwise eligible for assistance.
Can a homeowner apply for assistance under the Pilot Phase for more than one property?
An eligible homeowner can only apply for assistance for their primary home. Second homes, vacation homes or investment properties are not eligible for assistance under HAF.
