CHFA Strategic Plan for 2024-2027
In February 2024, the CHFA Board of Directors approved the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. This Strategic Plan is a result of engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. The Plan is built on four pillars which represent the core priorities of our organization over the next four years:
- Financial and Operational Management - Ensuring long-term fiscal health
- Innovation - Expanding solutions to address housing challenges
- Organizational Improvement - Strengthening internal processes and culture
- Relationship Building and Partnerships - Collaborating to drive housing solutions
Each pillar includes measurable strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) that will guide CHFA’s progress through 2027. These goals reflect our commitment to expanding access to affordable housing, supporting homeownership, and strengthening communities across Connecticut.
