Each year, CHFA reports on its annual activity as required by statute. The report includes a summary of housing acitivity, bond issues, balance sheet, and a description of the agency workforce.

CHFA also publishes an Annual Summary Report to the Governor and State Legislature, and an Annual Report on Fair Housing Choice and Racial and Economic Integration.
