Affirmative Action Compliance is required for all projects with CHFA-funded multifamily mortgages. This package is provided by CHFA to assist general contracting companies in completing the Affirmative Action Compliance, as required by the General Contractor Agreement, Assignment & Consent, pursuant to the provisions of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority Act, Chapter 134 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended. Plan is required for CHFA provided financing projects (Construction-only or Construction to Permanent or Permanent-only loans).
