The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) values its partnership with nearly 70 CHFA- Participating Lenders statewide and strives to provide tools and services to support our business partners as they originate, process and service CHFA loans.
If you are a CHFA- Participating Lender, you can conveniently reserve funds through the CHFA on-line loan reservation system. With access to the on-line system, Lenders can immediately lock-in attractive interest rates for their clients for one of our Homebuyer Programs for as long as 90 days.
CHFA- Participating Lenders will receive Administrative User and Lender ID's that will allow Loan Officers and Originators access to the on-line system.

Lenders who need a tutorial in using the on-line reservation system may refer to the guides found on the HELP tab within the LOS system or request training by emailing Sfamtraining@chfa.org.
In addition, CHFA maintains a monthly Lender Activity Report that provides Lenders with information on the volume and value of CHFA loans purchased throughout the year.
