On August 2, 2012, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) announce the release of the 2012 CHFA-DECD Consolidated Application Version 4.3.
This version of the application will be required for all applications.
The Consolicated Application revisions include the following:
