Homebuyer Sales Price Limits
The Connecticut Housing
Finance Authority (CHFA) establishes maximum sales prices
for homes that are eligible for CHFA mortgages. The sales
price limits vary by town and city to correspond with the
differences in cost of living and median incomes throughout
the state.
Sales price limits may differ slightly between
new and existing homes in the same city or town and for
homes found in targeted areas of a city or town.
The
look-up table below will help you determine whether a
borrower's home
meets the CHFA sales price limits of the town or city where
it is located.
