Overview

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) provided mortgage financing for the housing developments created as part of the Assisted Living Demonstration Program.  The developments financed under this program are required to follow the compliance and reporting requirements for CHFA Mortgage loans, as well as the requirements of their Regulatory Agreements and Loan Documents.
