The Connecticut Housing
Finance Authority (CHFA) occasionally places single family
properties on the market for sale. “Real Estate Owned”
(REO) properties refer to single family homes in Connecticut
that received CHFA mortgage financing and are currently
owned by CHFA due to foreclosure. As a rule, CHFA does not
sell property.
Please note: Properties
insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) are
not marketed by CHFA.
