CHFA Loan
Overview
The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) provides
loans to housing developments under some circumstances.
Owners and Management Agents of developments that have not
been able to raise funding through other means for capital
improvements, repairs or other necessary purposes may be
eligible for a direct loan from CHFA.
