On July 12, 2012, The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) announce the release of the 2012 CHFA-DECD Consolidated Application Version 4.2, to include Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Workbook 3.
This version of the application will be required for all 9% LIHTC applications received after July 12, 2012.
