The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) announce the release of the 2012 CHFA-DECD Consolidated Application Version 4.1 for Workbooks 1 and 2.
This version of the application will be required for all applications received after June 28, 2012.
