Regarding Section 19 of Senate Bill 501: amends Section 8-395 (h) of the Connecticut General Statutes pertaining to the HTCC program. Effective July 1, 2010, the set-aside for Supportive Housing is expanded beyond the Supportive Housing Pilots Initiative and Next Steps Initiative to include any supportive housing initiative.
