The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) submits
an annual report to the Governor, the Auditors of Public
Accounts and the joint standing committee of the General
Assembly each year.
The report lists and describes, among other things, all
CHFA revenues and expenditures and the amount of the state's
contingent liability; all outstanding bonds and bond issues
for the preceding fiscal year and their cumulative value;
all projects other than those pertaining to owner-occupied
housing; all individuals and firms receiving more than
$5,000 in loans, grants or payments (excluding home
loans to individuals for owner-occupied housing); CHFA’s
Affirmative Action Policy and affirmative action efforts; as
well as a description of CHFA’s planned activities for the
current fiscal year.
