Mobile Manufactured Home
Parks Pilot Program

This pilot program assists resident associations and qualified
non-profit organizations to purchase mobile home park land
in order to convert the property to condominium or cooperative
ownership. Eligible applicants may also finance capital
improvements. To qualify, there must be a minimum of 10 units
in the park, and at least 90% of the owners must meet CHFA
household income limits. The loan amount cannot exceed 95%
of the property's appraised value, and a minimum of 3% of the
cash equity must be from the residents' association.
