UR Home Program Now Available
T
he Urban Rehabilitation Homeownership (UR Home) Program is now available to State Employees, Municipal Employees and Private Sector Employees looking to purchase a home in need of repairs in the community where they work.

The UR Home Program became effective on May 1, 2006. Eligible borrowers must be working in and looking to purchase an existing home in need of repairs in the eligible communities of: Bridgeport, Hartford, New Haven, New London, Waterbury and Windham/Willimantic-(Census tracts 8003-8007 only). Funding is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
