Downtown Bridgeport – Request for Proposals
The
Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (the “Authority”)
and GE Money Bank (“GE”), the consumer and small business
financial services unit of General Electric, are pleased to announce
the release of this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”),
soliciting responses for first mortgage construction and/or permanent
financing for mixed-use and/or mixed-income multifamily rental and/or
homeownership opportunity housing development proposals in downtown
Bridgeport.
The
Authority will accept responses to the RFP from qualified respondents
through 12:00 pm on April 18, 2008. Any responses received after
that date and time shall be returned, unopened, to the submitting
organization. Please refer to the Threshold Criteria section of
the RFP.
