Corbin Heights and Pinnacle Heights Extension Redevelopment

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority requests proposals for Corbin Heights and Pinnacle Heights Extension Redevelopment. Developers invited to respond have demonstrated successful experience in the design and completion of development projects similar in size and scope to that of the Development required herein by their response to the RFQ previously published by the Authority.

ONLY THOSE DEVELOPERS SELECTED THROUGH THE RFQ PROCESS ARE INVITED BY THE AUTHORITY TO RESPOND TO THIS RFP.
