Lender Guide

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) provides our Participating Lenders throughout the state with a straightforward and comprehensive guide (operating manual) to lead them through the many requirements of originating and servicing CHFA loan products.  

Prospective Participating Lenders can use this guide to obtain an overview of CHFA loan processing requirements and procedures.
