Search Condominium Listings

Instructions:

If you do not know the full name of the condominium complex, you can type in a partial listing, i.e., "Apple" for Applewood Condominiums and click on search.

If you know the town the condominium complex is located in, but don't remember the condominium name, you can find the town under the listings using the arrow button. The town will be highlighted, i.e., Ansonia, and then click search.

NOTE: Although a condominium complex is on the Approved CHFA Condominium list, it does not imply that a particular applicant or unit in the complex is eligible for CHFA financing.  Please refer to the condo rule for specific rules regarding eligibility for financing or contact a Participating Lender for further clarification.  If the condominium currently does not meet the requirements outlined in the condo rule document, CHFA reserves the right not to approve a loan.
