• 3-hour 3rd Quarter - 2009

For CHFA borrowers who have a reservation number from a CHFA Participating Lender and are either Homeownership Program Borrowers or getting CHFA Downpayment Assistance Loans. The classes are offered in the evenings during the week or on Saturdays.

• 8-hour 3rd Quarter - 2009


For prospective homebuyers looking to take a class to learn about the home purchase process. Financial and credit counseling assistance is also available. The classes are usually offered in four, two-hour sessions in the evenings during the week, or two, four-hour sessions on Saturdays. In some locations, 8-hour sessions may be available on Saturdays.
