Interagency Collaborations 

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) has teamed with other state agencies and private non-profit organizations over the last two decades to make affordable housing opportunities available to elders, to people with developmental disabilities and to people who have experienced persistent homelessness.
