Bridgeport Investment Program – Request for Proposals
The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (the “Authority”) and GE Money Bank (“GE”), the consumer and small business financial services unit of General Electric, are pleased to announce the release of this reissued Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), soliciting applications for construction and/or permanent first mortgage financing for mixed-use and/or mixed-income multifamily rental and/or homeownership opportunity development projects in the City of Bridgeport.
The Authority will accept responses to the RFP from qualified respondents through 12:00 on Monday, June 15, 2009. Any responses received after that date and time shall be returned, unopened, to the submitting organization. Please refer to the Threshold Criteria section of the RFP.
